In an evolutionary key, attraverso (through) is the word of passage—a passage that leads us to explore unknown territories within ourselves and to find our own essence: through a crisis that breaks every certainty, through intense emotions, through conflicts, through limits or restrictions, through pain and loss, but also through new challenges and directions in life. attraverso is not only a means. It is a place, a space.

This project was born almost by chance, during a period of pause and contact with nature, in a slower and more contained time than everyday rhythm. In that context, the first intuitions that shaped this work emerged: an interest in symbolic languages and the need to transform personal experiences, inner observations, listening practices, and professional accompaniment into a tool that could be shared with others.

The deck of cards, "Io attraverso", is aimed at personal inquiry and the inner dynamics of the individual. It is a reflection tool that can support the exploration of emotions, thoughts, desires, and inner tensions, offering words that can become prompts for awareness and self-listening and that can help bring clarity.

The "Io attraverso" cards can be used in consultation sessions, coaching paths, personal growth workshops, journaling practices, and inner narrative work. They lend themselves both to a guided path with a facilitator and to independent use.

The central value of the deck remains freedom of use: there is no single or correct reading, only the willingness to receive what each word can evoke in whoever chooses it and to move through it within oneself. Each card contains a word that represents a symbolic key and, with it, the possibility of seeing a situation or a part of oneself in a new light and opening a new door of understanding.

Drawing "the right card" should not be understood as a choice determined by a rigid fate or an absolute truth. According to the principle of synchronicity, the drawn card does not represent a prediction or an objective answer, but a point of resonance between what one is living and what is most ready to emerge in that moment.

The word that is chosen can therefore reflect thoughts, emotions, or intuitions that are already seeking space within. It is not so much the card that "reveals" something, but the moment of choice that creates a bridge between one's inner state and the meaning that word can take in that precise instant.

In this sense, every card is already the right card: not because it contains an absolute truth, but because it brings attention to what is ready to be observed.
