Quality Policy

attraverso is operated by Stefania Cavadini as an individual professional activity in Switzerland (Studio attraverso). This policy describes the quality standards that apply to consultation services today. It is not a logistics, shipping, or corporate HR policy: there is no staff hierarchy and no physical goods dispatch at this stage.

1. Purpose and scope

The purpose of this Quality Policy is to set clear, honest expectations about how attraverso serves clients who book or request astrological and related consultations.

Today, the website is focused on presenting services, sharing content, and receiving contact and consultation requests. Stefania Cavadini handles enquiries and sessions personally.

A future online shop may offer digital or physical products related to attraverso. Until that shop is launched, this policy does not describe warehousing, parcel shipping, or after-sales logistics for merchandise. When the shop goes live, product-specific terms and delivery information will be published separately.

2. Quality commitments

We aim to uphold the following standards in every client interaction:

  • Clarity: transparent information about services, how to get in touch, and what data we need to respond to your request.
  • Care: consultations prepared with attention to the information you provide and to the time agreed.
  • Confidentiality: respect for the personal nature of the data you share (including birth data) in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • Professional communication: timely, courteous replies to messages and requests submitted through the website or agreed channels.
  • Continuous improvement: we review feedback, website usability, and internal processes to make the experience better over time.

3. Consultation services

Consultations are provided by Stefania Cavadini. She is responsible for understanding your request, agreeing scope and timing with you, and delivering the session or follow-up communication as arranged.

Quality in this context means adequate preparation, punctuality where a fixed appointment exists, and clear boundaries about what the service includes. If something does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us promptly so we can understand and, where appropriate, remedy the situation.

Records of requests submitted through the website are managed via a secure dashboard so that your message is not lost and can be handled consistently.

4. Website and technical partners

The attraverso website is built and maintained with support from SoftAware (technology partner), using a modern stack so that forms, content, and security features work reliably.

Technical quality includes protecting access to administrative areas, keeping software reasonably up to date, and using appropriate measures (such as spam protection on forms) so that client data is handled seriously.

Operational email and newsletter delivery may use professional mail infrastructure (including MailerSend) configured for this project. These tools support communication quality; they do not change the fact that Stefania remains the person responsible for client relationships.

5. Future online shop

When an e-commerce section is introduced, we will publish clear product descriptions, pricing, payment methods, and—where relevant—delivery or download instructions.

Until then, please do not rely on this page for shipping times, returns of physical goods, or warehouse operations. Those topics will be addressed in dedicated shop terms at launch.
